Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges.

Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

Fill out the top section of the return form. Write your:

1. Order date
2. Order number
3. And, authorization code (please contact customer care shop@getpreloved.com with your name and order number for a return authorization code. Returns without code will not be accepted).
   • List your desired return items above and select one of reason codes against your return. PLEASE NOTE: items being returned must be in their original condition.
   • You can return your order to us through your usual postal service to our address listed below. PLEASE NOTE: The cost of returning items to us is the customer’s responsibility.
4. Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund has been processed. Returns can take up to 21 working days to reach us.

Return Policy

• Items being returned must be in their original condition.
• An authorization code is required for all returns and store credits.
• Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge.
• A refund to your original payment method will require a handling & processing fee of $3.99
  (this amount will be deducted automatically from your invoice).
• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your items.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• All items listed as SALE are not valid for any returns.

Shipping & Delivery policy

• Items will be shipped within 7 business days of your order. 
• All orders will be shipped via Canada Post. We cannot ship to PO boxes. 
• Please allow up to 5-7 days for standard shipping delivery to arrive (Please see our shipping chart below for flat rates to Canada and the United States. Special rates will apply to Alaska and Hawaii. All orders within Ontario, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland will incur 13% HST; all other provinces will incur 5% GST).
• All customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
• Please allow up to 5-7 days for standard shipping delivery to arrive (If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please contact us at shop@getpreloved.com).

Order Verification
All suspect orders are subject to verification (this is done for your protection). Suspect orders will be held until verified.
