Thank you for all your kind messages and support through these uncertain times. We love connecting with you on @prelovedtoronto and at @prelovedjules. 

As Preloved HQ has moved to work remotely, we're working hard to keep everything running as smoothly as possible. Please be patient with us if you have placed an order at getpreloved.com - processing times will be a little longer than usual due to our modified procedures for sending out orders! It means a lot to us that you are still supporting us and taking time away from your day to think about our planet.

To my preloved community,

During these uncertain times, I want want to make sure you know we are thinking of you and miss you, our extended family. We hope you, your friends, and family are healthy and safe, staying positive and keeping light in order to stay strong. 

We have decided to postpone Sip & Shops, factory visits and tours until further notice, but we are fully-functioning online.

I want to close the distance between us, so my team and I are here and ready to chat with you. You can connect with me by emailing julia@getpreloved.com, and the team can be reached at shop@getpreloved.com. 

You can always keep in touch and engage with us over social media. I will be highlighting some fun at home DIY activities to keep you busy while you are social distancing, join me @prelovedjules so we can get crafty and creative.

We will also be taking a moment to shine a light on our wholesale clients - small businesses that need our support. You can find this on @prelovedtoronto. Let's support small businesses and buy local when we can. If you recently or are looking to place an order with us, orders are still being fulfilled but please be patient as we have modified hours to accommodate social distancing and self-isolating.
